Job Description :
At least 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in IBM Datastage ETL Projects
Experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects
Knowledge of IBM Datastage Architecture, Stages/Transformations, Design, ETL flow, advanced SQLs
Knowledge of data loading techniques using Datastage
Develop Datastage Parallel Extender jobs using different stages
Using Datastage Director for running and monitoring the jobs.
Created Datastage sequences to run the batch jobs.
Knowledge Best Practices in Datastage, Performance improvements, implementing CDC, UDFs
Extensive Experience in Teradata, SQL Server and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
Good experience with database development tools (Toad, SQL Developer)
Understanding of Unix/Linux system, file systems, shell scripting
Should have worked in project run on Agile methodology
Experience in Oil & Gas domain would be an added advantage
