1. Good hand’s on experience in DataStage design and development (more than 5 years)
2. Good communication skills with client interaction and client handling experience
3. Should be able to document requirements after workshop and come up with ETL design
4. Able to work with offshore team for development and direct them
5. Able to represent the team in meetings, status reports Development and Testing
