Job Description :
As the Data Warehouse Architect you will be responsible for the design, development and ongoing expansion of the Data Warehouse.
The Data Warehouse Architect will:
1. Conduct workshops and business interviews as needed and help develop/update the Data Analytics strategy and roadmap.
2. Architect solutions to enable data discovery, self service, enterprise level dashboards and reports 3. Review current hardware/software, identify gaps and support development of a solution life cycle strategy
4. Develop the Enterprise Data Warehouse Architecture document, Collaborate with peers in ETL and BI teams to influence ETL and Business Intelligence Architecture.
5. Develop Logical and Physical Data Models
6. Design the Enterprise Data Warehouse and appropriate Data Marts.
7. Be the key point of contact and subject matter expert of the Data Warehouse for the requirements, ETL, BI and QA teams.
8. Develop detailed documentation and ensure ongoing business process changes are easily integrated into the Data Warehouse
9. Develop a strong understanding of source systems, reporting, analytic and other information needs.
Proven experience in designing complete Data Warehousing solutions 2. Expertise in designing highly complex and / or multi terabyte solutions 2. Hardware / Software evaluation experience 3. Demonstrable experience in architecting Dashboards, KPI, Scorecards, Operational and Business Intelligence 4. Multiple full lifecycle implementation experience 5. Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Inventory, Payroll and other subject areas, with prior experience in sourcing from ERP and commercial off the shelf solutions 6. Expert level skills in one of the major ETL tools, preferably DataStage 7. Expert level skills in Erwin, Logical /Physical Data Modeling, Oracle or equivalent databases

1. Experience sourcing data from JD Edwards
2. Experience with Oracle''s GoldenGate
3. Prior experience with Big Data and/or Predictive Analytics
4. Hands on experience with Cognos and Tableau
5. Understanding of SOX and Project management principles and concepts
