Job Description :
Position: Data Warehouse Tester
Location: Springfield, MA

Duties:
Manage the test environment and coordinate the test activities for large to jumbo scale projects ranging in size from multiple departments, divisional/segment, and/or multiple divisional/subsidiaries.
Integrates working with the project manager, the project management deliverables for the test component of the project activity into the overall project management deliverables for the project.
Manage other test managers, testers, automated testers and test coordinators assigned to work on the project.
Accountable for the testing quality from start to finish, which includes editing and maintaining test strategies, transformation of test strategies into test plans, execution of test plans, and the evaluation of test results.
Plan, organize, direct and execute the test process and manage test releases. Define, prepare, monitor and adjust test-level plans and manage scope changes.

Skills:
At least 3+ years of Data Warehouse testing
Experience with testing end to end data flows (source > transformations > target > presentation)
Experience with driving the work to implement automated solutions
At least 2+ years of experience with managing hybrid onsite and offsite testing teams
At least 1+ years of experience testing in an agile cadence
At least 1+ years of JIRA experience
At least 2+ years with working with SQL
2-3+ years’ experience with Retirement Services Testing would be a plus
