Job Responsibilities
10+ years of IT experience – Good knowledge of Data Warehouse best practices, Teradata, and Informatica ETL.
Ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas
Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to resolve outstanding issues in data warehouse production environment.
Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill operational needs
Relationship builder able to team effectively with others and build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Demonstrated experience in non-technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case and project plan development and closeout
Achievement-oriented with strong leadership skills
Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments
Experience in Healthcare with claims and membership platform experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal business customers and translate from business requirements to technical specifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
