Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Good functional understanding of data analytics, able to effectively communicate results of analyses back to business users and stakeholders
Coordinate work with offshore data scientists and visualization engineers
Work with senior leadership (business, operations & IT) to understand business direction and assist in scoping, structuring and sizing work products
Effectively track, monitor & manage team workload and proactively communicate status updates
Effectively communicate program objectives, direction, status, approach to all stakeholders including senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data analytics projects
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience with vacation timeshare domain will be a plus (not mandatory)
