Apply analytical rigor and data driven reasoning to guide development and execution of marketing strategies includes campaigns, channels, customer value analysis.
Provide analytics thought leadership, build statistical models to understand consumer behavior, and identify optimization opportunities across different marketing channels including social media.
Experience with digital analytics (Next Product to buy, cross channel attribution modeling, digital analytic tools, dynamic ecommerce pricing, etc
Perform deep-dive statistical analyses on complex, multi-dimensional datasets to determine marketing spend allocation, recommendations and multi- channel attribution weighting.
Strong background in statistical modeling and a passion for translating data into actionable insight.
Develop and implement advanced statistical models to guide business strategy and drive incremental value.
Research and develop new algorithms/methods for targeting customers and improving marketing performance.
Perform analysis of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems
Broad knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models. Highly proficient in Python, R.
Experience with machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series)
Knowledge on deep learning techniques (CNN, RNN, Word Embedding, Autoencoders etc) will be added advantage
Proficiency with relational databases, data architecture. Proven ability to process large data sets from multiple sources, and perform data preparation, consolidation, transformation and mining.
Demonstrated ability to exchange ideas and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to establish and build relationships within and outside the organization.
Bachelor/Advance degree in quantitative fields, and 3+ years of experience with a range of techniques, tools, and methods related to data mining and statistical analysis.
