Job Description :
Our client is looking for a Data Privacy Subject Matter Expert to assist their team with executing daily IS Governance activities, which include:

Assists with facilitating project governance and corporate prioritiesRequired Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
5 to 7 years of relevant technical or business work experience
Solid understanding of IS Governance/Compliance best practices specifically within the areas of data privacy and international data privacy regulations (i.e. - NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, PCI, GLBA and EU GDPR)
In depth knowledge of compliance principles
Advanced understanding of IS Data Privacy/Governance/Compliance activities
o Must be very well versed in the controls around data privacy and apply this knowledge to everyday tasks
The candidate must display the following technical competencies:
o In depth knowledge of business requirements and corporate priorities.
o Advanced ability to gather/refine complex business requirements, recommend or make decisions on business requirements/interdependencies.
o Advanced ability to develop complex business cases
o Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations
o Advanced ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plans.
Self-starter who does not need a lot of direction to accomplish tasks.
Highly organized.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Able to work well with others and in team settings
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Plus if candidate holds a current CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CISRM certification
