Job Title: Data Modeler

Relevant Experience(in Yrs): 6-8 Yrs

Technical/Functional Skills
Experience on IBM - InfoSphere Data Architect, ER/Studio, Database Workbench. Experience on IBM Datastage, ETLs.

Experience Required
Experience in profiling source system data to determine data relationships, design constructs, consistency and quality. Experience in Lead analytics user community in the understanding, location and selection of appropriate data sources to achieve key business goals .Proven experience in advanced data modeling and data modeling within an enterprise data warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure that data designs follow architectural best practices and appropriate business rules .Consult and translate data requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical layer models .Create data documentation and metadata such that data can be leveraged as a shared asset .Ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support future business needs .Analyze and evaluate data definition and modeling environment providing key recommendations for improvement

Generic Managerial Skills: Database Design, Data Modeling software,

Duration of assignment (in Months): 13 months
