Job Description:
Design logical and physical models for the data warehouse, data mart, staging area, operational data store.
Evolve models to meet new and changing business requirements.
Develop process for capturing and maintaining meta data from all data warehousing components.
Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.
Be able to design and develop Databases, Data Warehouses and Multidimensional Databases.
Should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Data Modeling / Data warehouse designing.
Experience in all major RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2.
Experience in using data modeling tools like ERWIN, ER/Studio.
Possess strong conceptual, communications, and technical skills.
Possess ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
