JOB DESCRIPTION:
With Client APSS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling System) Upgrade Project some Client APSS Tables will need to be updated. We identified 22 Databases reported by the users in Americas. These databases will need to be linked to the new tables links. Contractor will need to help to each user to refresh these links with the updated table links. This activity could be done by Conference call in Skype Meetings. The idea to have somebody with Access and Visual Basic expertise is to avoid any issues with these databases.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Access Software Advanced Knowledge (Version 2013)
Desired Skills or Experience: Developing Access Queries, Visual Basic knowledge, Access Macros. Advanced Microsoft Access Knowledge to update links in 22 access databases created by ExxonMobil users in Americas Zone.
This contractor will work inside a group other than EMIT, so will be managed on a manual WO once selected in Beeline.
