10+ years of experience is expected.
Strong data modeler (onsite) with expertise in HCM (Success Factors modules
Expectation is the person will come deliver data model which will enable us to build Talent data distribution hub based on the HCM (Success factors) implementation.
Overall design experience with data modelling and strong knowledge in HCM vertical.
Hands-on experience in using modelling tool like ERWIN and to understand the need of downstream application interface.
Need to have discussion ability to work on white board design with group of business team to come up the model.
Excellent Communication skills, strong teamwork skills, an ability to interact with customers and the ability to deliver projects on-time.
