Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The Data Modeler will work with the Data Architecture team to help
implement Enterprise Data Platform using the financial data model
2. Develop the logical and Physical model
3. Create a mapping with source systems to Enterprise Data Platform
4. Data Migration Strategy from existing data platforms to New/Enhanced
data platform
5. Experience required
6. Over all 10+ years of experience in Information Management and Big Data
technologies.
7. 5+ years of experience that must include data modeling for enterprise
data warehouses
8. Experience in Bank industry is MUST
9. Knowledge of FSLDM or any other Banking Industry Model
10. Strong Data warehousing architecture experience
11. Strong skills in tools and technologies relevant to enterprise data
management including; conceptual and logical data modeling, physical
database design, data integration
12. Data Modeling (ERD''s, Mapping, Metadata, dimensional) using a modeling
tool like ERwin
13. Experience in DB2, Oracle, and Hadoop
14. Experience in DataStage and Talend
15. Experience working with agile methodologies
