Position : Senior Data Modeler 10+ years (Healthcare Industry/Domain)
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : Long term contract
MOI : Skype
(Erwin is required)
H1 also ok but sr candidates only (12+ years) Need Healthcare Data, Health Claims, Hospital Claims, Health Claims Data, Provider, Claims in Healthcare exp only (not insurance)
Experience with Provider, Member and Claims data in Healthcare industry is mandatory – DO NOT SUBMIT IF CANDIDATE DOESNOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA !!
Strong Healthcare domain background is must
Familiar with industry standard data models for Healthcare domain (IBM – Unified Data Model for Healthcare is big plus)
Should poses excellent data profiling and analysis skills
Strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts
Experience in building conceptual, logical and physical models
Experience in implementing different data models (Dimensional modelling experience is required)
Strong understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Marts designs
Should have good knowledge on ETL data load
Experience in working with various RDBMS databases like SQL Server, Oracle
Proficiency in working with different data modeling tools (Erwin is required)
Initiate and develop data analyses models, specifically to identify new trends and root causes effecting data quality.
Create data inventory and data flow diagrams that reflect how asset related data exists and travels throughout systems and the organization
Demonstrated ability to translate business processes to applicable requirement types (functional, technical, etc.,)
Strong individual contributor in complex Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence project implementations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Maintain up to date ecosystem of data transformation process flows for business processes and data integrations through IT systems
