Position Description
As part of this group, you will predominantly be involved in architecting and designing data warehouse solutions. You will be a primary contributor in developing, testing and deploying key data warehouses, data marts and will be working with cutting edge technology. This role will prepare you for significant career growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements
Architect and design Data Warehouse infrastructure and solutions
Develop technical specifications and design documents
Develop, enhance, and integrate Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions
Test Data Warehouses/Data Marts
Deploy and maintain Data Warehouses/Data Marts
Architect , develop, enhance, and integrate Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions
Develop overall strategic data architecture direction and provide a comprehensive road map for the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Deploy and maintain Data Warehouses/Data Marts Models
Gather and analyze business requirements
Develop technical specifications and design documents
Identifies current and emerging technologies that define by ''Best Practice''
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Enterprise Data Architecture and Modeling within Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence experience
8+ years in conducting Data Analysis, Data Profiling and Data Discovery on dispersed operational source systems
Experience working as the IT and Business liaison to translate requirements into model designs
7+ years of DW appliance experience such as Teradata, Netezza, PDW, Oracle Exadata
6+ years of data integration experience leveraging tools such as IBM DataStage, SSIS, Informatica and/or Ab Initio
7+ years of experience using 3 or more of the following modeling techniques: MDM, ERD, Temporal, Generic & Reusable, or Time-variant, 3rd Normal Form, 4th Normal Form, Column aggregations
