Position: Data Entry
Location: Atlanta,GA
Duration: 12+ Months

Required Qualifications
The contractor will do general data-entry level work.
The contractor must be competent at mild computing skills such as internet searches, folder creation, and the use of Adobe Acrobat to convert files.
The contractor will use an EPD computer and software located at the EPD Director’s Office.

o Using spreadsheet of applications provided as guide, start with latest GATV application, converting all back to applications received January 1 2009. For applications previous to 2009, EPD will provide contractor a detailed list, culling out unnecessary applications
o Create a folder for each application number on network account - labeled as AIRS application # (example: 055)
o Open application online (it may take several clicks Open each page, and convert to pdf for that page. repeat for entire application, noting progress.
o Upon completion of conversions for each application, use adobe tool to merge multiple pdfs from application into single pdf.
o Download “attached documents” and save as zip to the folder created
