Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 4 years
Technical/Functional Skills Expertise on AWS, Redshift, S3, Python, R, PostGRE SQL, Spark, Scala
Working experience on Hadoop, HDFS, Tableau
Excellent communication skill
Experience Required 4-8 years
Roles & Responsibilities Monitor daily, weekly, quarterly job to ensure data is available to end-users as per pre-determined SLAs
Address any failures related to Jobs, Data etc. in coordination with product teams.
Missing file notification & chase for the same with POCs. (both Daily & Non Daily files To ensure, we receive all files we are supposed to receive & process. (automate & monitor)
Attend pre-production release meetings to understand new scope and arrange KT on new jobs/projects that will be on boarded as part of GDNA
Daily Load Status reporting (Automate & Monitor)
Prepare & Publish Monitoring Dashboards
Interact with Platform teams (Ex: SnapLogic, Tableau, EDL, etc to resolve any issues that are impacting ETL jobs
Create, Maintain & manage the RUN documentations for GDNA production system - On going activity
Notifications to end users about planned/unplanned down time of applications
Service Now Incident/SR Queue monitoring and assign to respective product team
Incident & SR Profiling
Quick Bug fixes, to make the data load to proceed. (Platform based or configuration setting based)
Preventative Maintenance
Applying Software Patches provided by third party vendors to prevent incidents
