Summary:
The primary goal of this Lead-level IT Operations position, will be to provide hands-on technical oversight and expertise to the existing support team. This role will be focused on Systems Maintenance and Performance, and Backup of all systems across the enterprise data centers. This role will work closely with the Architecture and Design Teams to ensure the strategic direction and vision is operationalized and reflected in the day-to-day activities.
