Job Description:
A mid-senior level Infrastructure lead to manage Data Center operations for large client. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in delivering and managing 24x7 technology operations.

Experience - 14+ Years
10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, ideally within a global company.
Experience in IT infrastructure delivery and IT Operation Management.
Should have experience in Data Center Operations
Should have fair technical understanding of Information security etc.,

DC Operations Manager involves overseeing and having responsibility for all the activities in the organization which contribute to the effective delivery of Infrastructure services including Hosting, Database & Middleware and Data Network
Understanding of organizational structure, the exact nature of tasks that are classified under the operations function, understanding the strategic objectives
Define and implement policies, processes and procedures specific to Data Center Operations
Stakeholder management - regular cadence with client service owners, monthly service reviews
Client meetings/onsite meetings and client review presentations
Handling & preventing urgent client escalations across all teams during onsite hours
Handling infrastructure related critical incidents for faster restoration of services
SLA adherence and SLA Reporting
Manage risks and initiate actions for risk mitigation, tracking of open issues and escalations raised by the client
Coordination between global teams, fix communication gaps
Identify improvement opportunities and drive improvement plans
Participate in initial project intake meetings (Hand-over of new work intake, project scope and execution plan to identified SPOCs)
Manage SOW/CR related discussions for all DC Ops teams along with Account owner
Manage adequate staff and skillset for effective delivery of services in scope
Represent DC Ops Offshore Lead in timezone specific meetings (as a delegate)
BAU delivery accountability for specific technology areas - Server Hardware, Citrix, EFS
Operations Management – IPC & SR
Hand over of active incidents to offshore lead/Ops Manager
Represent critical issues handled during NA hours during CIR/deep-dive/follow-up reviews
To adhere to agreed process and quality standards; and, company policies
Experience of working in ITIL environment
Experience of Network/Infrastructure management
Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation
