Job Description :
Candidate should possess the following skills, traits, and experience:
- Building data models, analyzing/monitoring system data quality, maintaining metadata and enforcing naming standards
- Coordination with the business community and application development to analyze business requirements and develop information models and metadata that contribute to the data architecture
- Ability to perform analytical review of data
- Clear understanding of Online Transaction processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) in a Data Warehousing environment
- Full life-cycle experience on large/complex enterprise projects
- Ability to think outside the box and to see the big picture
- Previous experience in building 360 view of customer or product is preferred. Prior retail industry knowledge is also preferred - Excellent analytical, problem solving and attention to detail skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and easily (is flexible)
