Data Architect/Sales Hunter (Capital Markets)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: FTE
This person should be responsible for identifying and executing the initiatives from Digital and Automation practices.
Track and drive key project deliverables across Capital Markets Manage cross stream dependencies by aligning requirements and sprints. Actively identify and manage risks and issues, working with disparate teams to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution. Provide support across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, user test, coordination, release and pre/post implementation support) Achieve balance of project status tracking/reporting with minimal overhead to development teams. Conduct demos to prospective users, developers or stakeholders. Take initiative to engage teams that deliverables have dependencies on. User feedback management Documents requirements that span across multiple teams and asset classes. Produce detailed use cases to shape the product''s future. Establish priorities with business stakeholders and development managers. Continually communicate with stakeholders status of deliverables and potential risks to completion of the project.
Ability to influence stakeholders
5-10+ years of executive leadership in capital markets, financial services
Strong ‘hunter’ profile with a proven track record of opening new logos and over-achieving sales revenue growth targets.
Strong understanding of the Capital Markets
Must have a specialization in selected industry vertical with strong understanding of the marketplace challenges & trends as well as strong industry ecosystem connects
‘Self-starter’ who will ‘run’ his/her business like an entrepreneur, be a ‘innovative order maker’ vs. an order-taker and be quickly able to qualify & close deals.
Ability to be creative in deal-making and commercial deal constructs; take ownership and move a team (presales, delivery, finance) towards a common goal of successful deal closure.
