Job Description :
As a Data Architect you will work closely with product owners, architects, developers, and analysts in cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative products and services in a dynamic IT environment. This individual is responsible for designing and developing data models, standards, best practices, frameworks, technologies, and processes that maximize the business value of data assets by enabling data integration, data quality, sharing and reuse. Oversee the design of both normalized and dimensional data models for multiple databases. The role requires the candidate to be a hands on data architect.
Role and Responsibilities
· Provide technical expertise to identify and build data-models
· Develop data-entity and relationships diagrams based on business processes/models
· Assist in designing of master data management models and technical reference models
· Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data-dictionaries
· Follow enterprise data governance and database and design standards
· Work within interdisciplinary teams to ensure that organizational information exchange requirements are identified and met
· Provide expertise in the use of relational databases
· Provide expertise in the use of big data platforms
· Data Analysis

Qualifications and Education Requirement
· Bachelor''s degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience
· 5+ years of System/Applications Development experience with focus on complex client/server and n-tier architecture systems
· 3+ years of data management and architecture experience
· Strong practical knowledge of data-management and modeling
· Understanding of National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
