Data Architect - New York
4-5 yrs experience with data modeling or engineer, strong messagingKafka nice to have, Avro schema framework, strong scripting, extremely strong analytic skills, java dev experience. Will be working on event modeling technology.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
BS in Computer Science or in related fields, higher degree preferred.
4+ year working experience in application development and data
4+ processing year working experience with core Java programming for
4+ event/ communication in highly distributed environment
Experience with Messaging technologies like Kafka and deep understanding of messaging.
Versatile data collection, curation, preparation and transformation skills/experience for diverse needs Clear verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers from a variety of disciplines Strong database metadata architectural skills, especially dealing with technology for linked data technologies Strong data management discipline background in terms of data profiling, data modeling, data classification.
Implementation skills such as in Java, Python, and scripting in Linux environment Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills.
Breadth and depth of skills in data processing area to solution large scale data set problems.
Deep knowledge and experience with latest NoSQL database technologies, and An obsession with delivering an exceptional customer experience Desire, initiative and resourcefulness to learn new tools, frameworks, languages
