Performs assessment of the current state Activity Decomposition Diagram & Data Flow diagrams to understand sources, flow and relationship also provides a recommended improved process using BPMN methodologies
Review & document current Business Rules and recommends changes if needed
Designs and builds enterprise- level, scalable, secure, integrated end-to-end data and analytics architecture for Corporate Customer Database that adds value to the meet the needs of evolving business
Provides the integration architecture diagram with the key data elements component between the different involved applications
Develops integration architecture requirements / rules / policies for various systems including Mainframe, open systems and Mid-range systems
Recommends strategy to ingest data from internal and external sources and develops process to clean, standardize, consolidate and enrich customer data that can be used for Analytical/Predictive purpose and/or Transactional purpose such as authenticating customer for shopping or credit privileges
Identify different technology potential uses to provide value to the business
Provides a framework/ model to guide policies for information security following the CIA ( Confidentiality, Integrity, Accessibility )principle
Develops a long-term strategy for maintenance of long term data quality
Assist Data Governance teams & Data Stewards to stablish the mechanics for Customer Data Management accuracy
Develops architectural guidance documents for The Exchange development teams
Provides technical documentation of all processes
