Our client, a world''s largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished Data Analytics Consultant.

Description:
The successful candidate will lead analyses to provide executive guidance on resource prioritization, strategic planning, and budgets.
Working with Operations, Finance and functional groups within Process Development, this person will also run financial and resourcing scenarios.
Data analytics for business case development, resource forecasting, and financial reporting.
Administer and manage the Resource, Capacity and Portfolio Management system (RCPM), including generation of reports and evaluation of data.
Utilize analytical tools such as Spotfire, Tableau and Power BI to develop resourcing reports and dashboards for an executive audience.
Track CMCi budget in collaboration with Operations Finance and monitor total capital, spend, and headcount against annual budget and resource plans.
Present analysis and recommendations to Senior Management.
Create tools and build capabilities to allow end-to-end line of sight into resource allocations and gaps, and allow senior leadership to make decisions in real-time.
Provide training and guidance to Process Development staff on capacity management and the RCPM system overall strategic plans.

Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in engineering, science, or business management with related experience.
Strong quantitative skills.
Self-starter with a high-level of comfort with ambiguity and complexity.
Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization.
Good business acumen, high-level strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task while consistently delivering high quality results.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous working experience with MS Access and SQL databases - advantage.
