Job Responsibilities / Requirement
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and
formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
May require a bachelor''s degree in a related area and 4-6 years of
experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server
concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the
work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager.
Work closely with the Pilot pay project team to implement pilot ay
system and perform data analysis.
Compile and analyze large datasets of structured and unstructured
data to uncover necessary business insights that can be trended,
interpreted, and ultimately made actionable to correctly implement pilot pay
system.
Effectively translate and communicate data insights for key
stakeholders.
Aggregate and compile data from various data sources. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
SQL and Teradata expertise is a must. Knowledge of HDFS is a plus.
Should be able to create dashboards in tableau and excel Modeling
in Excel. Understanding of statistics concepts. Ability to interpret data
and present.
