Position :- Data Analyst
Location :- downtown Chicago
Interview : Initial phone followed by F2F ( Mandatory)
Duration: 6+ months
Our client has an immediate opportunity in the Chicago for a Data Analyst with Microsoft Excel, Costar, RCA experience and other real estate data providers would be a plus.
The hire will be in an intense, desktop-heavy research role with a 100% focus on executing data tasks through daily and weekly sprints.
Information about the role;
Position is a new role to the company- backfilling historical data they have in several databases- pulling that data out, analyzing, and putting into one data system- putting everything into an excel database
Pulling info that they’ve captured but haven’t used, now want to use and do analytics
Must be good with databases
Must be Very good with excel
Can extrapolate and gather info
Internal communication working w brokers to gain more info if the data doesn’t have the info
o Can pick up the phone and get more data from internal resources
