Responsibilities:
We are looking for a data analyst who can build dashboards to track key kpis.
Should have Tableau+ Excel.
We need to merge salesforce data, coveo support ops data, in product training data, usage data, training from knowledge base and online experience data.
We will eventually want to track mindtouch platform and coveo and training platform data.
need someone who is comfortable with excel, smart sheets and Tableau and be able to really dig through data. I can guide on requirements but data delving and dashboard creation woh simple excel and pie charts will be the analysts job.
