Job Description:

Scope of the project requires extensive Data Analysis with strong SQL experience and worked with multiple tolls like Tableau, Salesforce Service cloud etc. The responsibilities for this position requires gather business reporting requirements from cross functional departments, business users and prepare technical specification for building reports and maintain report inventory. Oversees in translating the business questions and business requirements to actual and final dashboard technical requirements.

Responsibilities

· Developed dashboards and KPI periodical reports on team’s, as well as individual editors, performance metrics and key results.

· Strong experience with SDLC in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies

· Expertise in creating visualization and ability to tell stories with data

· Experience writing SQL Queries for Data Validation and Data Integration

· Experience in developing strategies for Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) data from various sources into Data Warehouse and Data Marts

· Expert in Data Visualization development using Tableau to create complex, intuitive, and innovative dashboards.

· Good Experience in publishing reports, dashboards and data sources to Tableau server and maintain content on the server including server administration: creating users, assign permissions &organize the content.

· Strong functional understanding of Data Warehouse solutions and capabilities.

· Proficient in understanding and writing complex SQL/PLSQL queries from scratch to validate development.

· Knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data mining and BI tool concepts and how these are deployed and utilized within an organization.

· Created informative and interactive data visualizations with Tableau and advanced Excel reporting techniques, including pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs.

· Developed presentations for monthly meetings to reflect team’s KPIs.

· SharePoint Administration and Tableau reporting

· Extracted data from multiple sources, automated data load from those sources into the data warehouse.

· Manipulated and analyzed data in a variety formats (e.g. SQL, Access, Excel) and from various sources.

· Developed SQL scripts to monitor the validity of data in the data warehouse, fixed, and updated systems accordingly.

· Partnered with business users to understand their data needs and data use cases.

· Exported data to spreadsheets for reporting, summarizing; created pivot tables, bar graphs and charts.

· Produced automated reports to track inventory of development and production equipment.
