Job Description :
Title: Data Analyst / Data Modeler
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: 6 months C2H
Only W2 candidate.
Rate : $47/hr W2


*Must be strong Data Analyst w/extensive Data Governance experience. Data modeling is a must. Big Data, database experience is a big plus. Healthcare strongly preferred

Support the Data Governance team with key administrative duties (investigating process, researching topics and trends, organization of core documentation
· Assist the Data Stewards in spreading awareness of Data Governance (communication sharing, meeting attendance, etc
· Works independently across business units and IT to align governance and business strategies
· Assists in managing key data governance processes (e.g., intake / demand prioritization process, issue management process, testing and monitoring processes)
· Educates business and technical communities on the purpose of data governance, and drives acceptance and adoption of data governance practices.
· Maintains reports for data governance metrics.
· Completes Data Governance Audits as needed.
· Assist in data quality, profiling and analysis.
· Assist in Data Governance Technology Implementation(S)
· Maintains communication channels and mediums for the Data Governance Office

Preferred Experience:
· 1 or more years of data modeling experience
· 1 or more years Enterprise Information Architect experience
· Experience in Data Architecture and Strategy
· Experience with database, big data technologies
· Experience in Healthcare Data
