Integrated Data Analyst- (Cable Company Billing Systems)
Purpose of Position:
To work as a member of an enterprise wide program that will provide functional, operational, and product expertise to Wireless MVNO integrations for Cable MSO’s. Will be responsible for the business process design and documentation (VISIO), requirements gathering and implementation of solutions.
The Senior Consultants will also apply deep functional expertise and client handling skills in order to ensure engagement productivity, increase efficiencies for clients, resolve issues and overall client satisfaction.
Industry Skills:
Wireless Telecommunications/Cable MSO industry expertise to include MVNO relationships and integrations
Responsibilities:
-Business and technical functional and non-functional requirements definition and documentation for Data Mapping Integration of Cable Billing Systems
-Analyze and document business processes
-Model the project processes in BPMN (business process model and notation)
-Eliciting from the end-users and documenting:
The functional requirements for systems as defined in the process model.
Use cases or user stories associated to the process.
Decision rules associated with the process model decision gateway
Information requirements associated with the process model and associated information reference model
-Working with a QA team to extend user cases catalog to test case catalog, and extending the information requirements to test data criteria.
-Maintaining the process models, functional requirements, use cases, and information associated to clients process modeling tool.
-Elicit and document non-functional system requirements
-Technical interaction documentation (web service sequence diagrams, source/target data mapping, etc
-E-Commerce & CSR supported by flow familiarity (product catalog definition, customer decision support, business rule definition & implementation, etc

We are seeking individuals with the following experience:
- 3 +years of business analysis experience preferably in a BSS/OSS functional operations MVNO environment at a communications service provider (e.g., Cable MSO, Telco, Cellular, Satellite
- Experience with data mapping and cable billing systems required
- Requirements gathering, testing, business process re-engineering and/or project management required
- Excellent technical and analytical skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, must be a self-starter and able to learn quickly
- Must have a bachelor''s degree in business administration, engineering, information technology or related fields preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and word
