Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team as our own direct employee while working at our client location. You will:
Understand the staging data
Help the client understand what values are represented in tables and columns and leverage that information for a re-architecture effort
Speak with technical and business people to determine what a column or value might represent
Work with the data modeler to use this information for data modeling
Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external web sites
Respond to data inquiries from various groups
Create and public regularly-scheduled and ad-hoc reports
Document reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
