Job Description :
Data Analytics
o Hadoop – Data Analytics using Hive QL
o SQL for business data querying and meaningful insights
o Tableau Visualization development (Calculated Fields, Parameters, Data connection experience with multiple data sources like Hadoop, SQL DB, Smartsheet, Excel)
o Strong analytical skills and rational judgement and business insights based on data facts
o Strong Excel operations and advanced excel formula experience
o Business insights articulation through PowerPoint presentation
o Good to have – Data Science experience and statistical model knowledge

Program Management
o Cross functional leadership experience, to work effectively work with multiple business groups.
o Drive weekly and other regular meetings within and outside the quality organization.
o Work with IT development team on need basis, to prepare and drive business Use Cases in Agile fashion.
o Actively work with offshore team to effectively manage RTB operations.
o Executive messaging and follow-ups to identify and drive closed loop business actions.
