Job Description :
Position includes the following responsibilities:
· Design, document, and deliver Cisco IP PBX ( CUCM, UCCX) for large enterprises and with many call center agents
· Integratin with Call center applications ( Genesys, Nice )
· Migrate from the current distributed Avaya PBX to the new Cisco IP PBX.
· Provide occasional level-3 support for production incidents
· Contribute to multi-disciplined teams to deliver modern contact center infrastructure solutions.

Skills Needed:
· Expert:
o Cisco CUCM
o Cisco UCCX
o Contact Center and Cisco Collaboration technologies
