Position Summary
This position will provide IT support to the client’s user community. The incumbent will provide assistance on a wide range of IT topics & areas. The duties, responsibilities and requirements for this role are defined in this document.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General application maintenance, customization and updates
Supports and installs computer software (locally and remotely)
Provides end-user hardware and operating system support
Provides end-user support for software / applications
Analyze, plans, maintains, and implements installation of personal computers and peripherals (including network connections and security)
Updates and maintains client’s technology inventory
Assists in developing documentation and standard operating procedures
Assists with onboarding of new team members
Supports and maintains business applications including Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
Supports hosted servers and applications.
Supports web application configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Provides after hours support (as needed and/or requested) by Executives traveling, remote users or other time zones
Able to keep up with new trends and software
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree or IT certifications preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
2-5 years’ experience covering duties outlined above
Strong IT skills involving software and hardware support
Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high pressure environment
Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills and time management
Experience working with the majority of the systems & applications below
o Microsoft Dynamics 365
o Supporting and updating Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and/or SharePoint Online
o SharePoint site design and InfoPath including advanced e-form development and data connections.
o Hosted SaaS applications
o IaaS server environments (Azure preferred)
o Windows Server 2012R2, and 2016
o Basic web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, PowerApps and Microsoft Flow preferred
o Microsoft Office Skills including Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Skype for Business
o Windows 7, 8 and 10
o MacOS
o Configuring and supporting Windows and Mac laptops
o Smart phones and tablets support including iOS, Android and Windows
o General networking concepts including TCP/IP and wired and wireless networks
o Dropbox and OneDrive
o Antivirus and firewall software
