Digital/ eCommerce Project Manager
Location: Sandy Springs GA
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing a variety of client-facing projects, including web site UX, design & build projects and digital marketing projects.
The project manager will serve as the liaison between the internal team and the client, and will plan, schedule, track and deliver completed projects on time and within budget.
Candidates should have strong background with projects focused on digital transformation, eCommerce and customer facing web transactions.
Deliver projects to completion through waterfall (current state) and agile (future state) methodology
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, BA’s, end users, IT and suppliers and manage their expectations as well as ensure their accountability
Report regularly on status of the journey and identify, raise and resolve issues quickly and completely
Full project accountability: from managing the change to budgeting and building a team with the right skills to deliver the solution
Working with our software vendor to coordinate development between our team and theirs.
