Job Description
Client is looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering team and build out the next generation of our platform. In this role, you should be able to work well with audiences at all levels – peers – technical and non-technical; senior management, including the Board of Directors; existing customers; and prospective customers. You should also be able to work independently.
Your goal is to develop software that is aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Communicate and collaborate with ALL Company Team Members including Senior Management to brainstorm and create new products
Develop new software products from the ground up, staying true to our Company’s core values and needs while lending your own creativity to the mix
Expand existing software products to meet the needs of our key demographics
Establish multi-platform versions of our software offerings
Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures; reviewing and debugging code; and automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Work closely with the Data Scientist to ensure that all product offerings show accurate results
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing results as needed
Remain calm, cool, and collected in a crisis
Protect operations by keeping information about our tools and product development ideas confidential. MUST adhere to HIPAA data privacy and all Financial Privacy laws and regulations.
Skills/Qualifications
Experience designing interactive applications
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
Desire to work in a fast=paced environment
Must be fullstack developer
Fluent with C#, Angular 4+, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and MSSQL Server
o Mobile frameworks like Ionic are a value add
