TITLE: DCA Infrastructure Operations Server Analyst

Work closely with Business Unit teams to plan, design, and execute deployments of web-oriented infrastructures that support critical internal and external facing web sites
Support and maintain Windows 2008R2 / Windows 2012R2 and Windows 2016 operating systems, installed in single-server and File and SQL clustered configurations, VM and physical
Provide level 3 troubleshooting and service restoration for technologies supported by the Windows Server Operations team.
Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues
Work effectively with other infrastructure and application support groups for timely incident resolution, and ongoing process alignment
Ensure that ISO supported technologies meet Corporate Security Standards and comply with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley
Ensure timely completion of audit remediation and IP compliance activities related to IOS supported technologies
Identify, develop, document, and implement process and procedure improvements and efficiencies, as well as improvements in the IOS service offerings
Participate with the on-call rotation, providing 24 x 7 on call and 12 x 5 onsite support on all IOS-supported technologies
Mentor and assist other team members to ensure cross-training and overall IOS organizational capability• Experience implementing and supporting Windows-based clustering environments utilizing SAN/NAS storage
A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and supporting HP server and blade hardware technologies
A minimum of 3 years of experience with administration and support with VMWare ESX or other server virtualization platforms
Working knowledge of and experience with other Microsoft server-based technologies (SQL Server, SCOM, SCCM, Exchange, etc
Experience with enterprise-class Linux / Unix administration and support
Experience implementing and supporting Citrix XenApp, XenServer, XenDesktop, NetScaler, or related technology platforms
Experience utilizing BMC Remedy ITSM or other enterprise-class ITSM platform
