Summary:

Work as a Cybersecurity Systems Analyst for the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) group within the Customer Protection product line. Optimize the operational availability of ECS managed products using improved monitoring, alerting, reporting, education and streamlining of operational processes and procedures.

This role will require an individual who has strong analysis and engagement skills, great attention to detail, preferably financial domain knowledge and experience working closely with business partners and software & QA engineers as part of a cross-functional agile team.

You have strong desire to partner with different technology teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
Gather and document business requirements for ECS Server Security products, focusing on stability, automation and process improvements
Identify collaboration opportunities across Technology and Business teams and across multiple locations
Work with cross-functional teams, develop business and systems requirements, user interface design, data modeling, systems designs and systems interface specifications
Acquire and constantly increase industry knowledge and subject matter expertise; understand competitive positioning in the marketplace as well as industry initiatives and vendor solutions
Monitor industry and technology trends and directions; make recommendations to senior management, and play an active role in integrating new technologies into the IT portfolio
Participate in business requirements gathering, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure appropriate hardware/software is selected based on requirements
Plan tasks within entire system including estimating, scope definition and work plan development for an application
Demonstrate knowledge of company processes performed by multiple IT and business functional areas and how they interact
Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have three to five years working on technical applications, configuring and tuning security infrastructure and automating various processes. Experience necessary on Linux platforms. Experience also preferred on orchestration tools such as HPOO, Jenkins, Ansible, and Urban Code Deploy.

Degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics or finance preferred
3+ years’ experience as a business / systems analyst
Understanding of configurations related to external facing applications. F5 knowledge is a must. Akamai knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat and WebSphere
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization, from senior executives to technical experts
Security Certification a plus
Knowledge of the Financial Services industry
Knowledge of standard project management and software development methodologies Agile experience is preferred
