Job Description

CyberArk deployment professional who can assist with integrating applications with CyberArk AIM solutions from a development perspective.
This professional must have software development experience to translate CyberArk requirements to other developers and assist with writing code if required.
This role must also communicate status and updates to key senior leaders within the organization.
Must be well organized, motivated, and able to work independently on their key activities, but operate as part of a broader project and team.

Responsibilities:

Support complete user life cycle processes including On-boarding and Off-boarding of all types of user accounts via manual system updates and bulk file upload
Support IAM Password Management processes and processing of system access request forms via updates to groups Integrate account for Windows & Unix/Linux servers and other accounts associated with domains and directories and Application Identity Manager (AIM) integration and support and transition assistance to the operations and security operations teams Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to measure the IAM service against key performance indicators Troubleshoot IAM and related (Active Directory) processes at basic level and escalate as required Liaison with Application/System Managers as required assisting with reporting requirements and serving as subject matter expert for processes related to on-boarding/off boarding of users
Serve as point person to junior team members including training and mentoring Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience developing large-scale enterprise IAM solutions
preferably CyberArk Privileged Account Security Experience managing user life cycle and integrating application requirements in a shared services framework with focus on privileged account security, provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements
Extensive knowledge across a broad range of identity and access management technologies
preferably CyberArk Privileged Account Security, Active Directory, and IBM Security Identity Manager
Must have implementation, installation and configuration knowledge and experience of CyberArk products including AIM, PIM, PSM and other PAS components Experience with on-boarding privileged accounts into CyberArk and assist in defining approach to be followed for on-boarding accounts in regard to Windows Unix systems, Database, Domain controllers, Network appliances and Firewalls Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
