Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or other related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience developing scripts, reports and workflows
5+ years of experience in risk management, audit or information security disciplines.
Ability to communicate risk and compliance subjects to multiple audiences, including technicians (e.g., IS Liaisons and IS Engineers)
Experience with one or more scripting languages
Strong understanding of technologies that affect Information Security (e.g., access controls, vulnerability management, and patching)
Strong research and analysis skills

Responsibilities:
Builds complex automated solutions that assist IT Policy & Risk Assessment with improving risk posture and policy compliance while lowering compliance burdens.
Creates reports and workflows for IT.
The level of work required is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.
This job does not have any direct reports.
Builds, maintains and implements scripts, reports, and workflows used to support Information Security functions
Creates and maintains procedure documents detailing security controls and associated processes
Provides training and documentation to successfully transition operational responsibility
Identifies the needs, develops, and implements technology-related internal controls across IT
Collects and organizes data for report preparation and analysis.
Performs special projects as needed (e.g. surveys, studies), including memos and status reports for management
Participates in department projects that focus on IT Policy & Risk Assessment process improvement
Maintains expertise in specific technical disciplines and serves as subject matter expert.
Automation/maintenance of scripts for the IS P&R team but also help with some of the crucial core work.
Experience PowerShell and Python.
Work independently and with team to implement deliverables.
Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong understanding of technologies & concepts that affect Information Security.

The team is very collaborative and they are always looking for easier, automated ways to do the day to day work so the focus is on process improvements.
They are excellent at multitasking; communicating complex concepts to our customer at all levels of leadership and may not always be technical.
We are also very big on customer service, even if it requires that we take some of the work and complete it for our customers.
