Job Description :
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role to join a great team in Atlanta, GA.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will own and build long-term strategic relationships with customers to ensure that achieve full value from the company. As Customer Success Manager, you will:

Lead everything from the kick-off to the ongoing relationship with our clients and be the primary point person for all client contact

Analyze customer data to drive your interactions and escalate before issues arise

Identify risk customers and use your expertise to mitigate those risks

Communicate your product knowledge with the professional services and sales teams

Work with the client and the sales and professional services teams to design and implement above and beyond service

Lead and manage all phases of the customer's software implementation

Job Requirements for Customer Success Manager:

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience with strategic planning and execution software

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences

Action-oriented team player

Solid written and verbal communication skills
