Our client, world’s largest Construction, Earthmoving, Mining equipment manufacturer and a major manufacturer of Diesel/Natural gas engines, Industrial gas turbines and other Power products, seeks an accomplished Customer Services Representative.


* Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *

Description:
This position will assist in maintaining customer service levels and process inventory holds and sales in a timely manner.
The primary responsibility of this position would involve assisting with the dealer call center and sales invoices.
This person will assist with the processing of incoming inventory by preparing Notice of Sale Letters, input, and processing of Accounts Payable invoices.

Requirements:
2 years customer service experience required.
Basic Excel knowledge required.
Ability to analyze payment histories required.
Good typing skills for data input required.
Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
