Job Description (Please provide summary of the position):
As a Customer Service Representative; the associate must handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
The ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call/mail/email/fax.
Provide responses to insurance policy-related questions
Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm policy-level / coverage-level changes
Submit changes on existing policies
Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
Active Property & Casualty Personal Lines license for Ohio is a MUST. Any other state license is added advantage.
