Role: Customer Service Engineer
Work Location: 11921 N MoPac Expressway Austin TX
Duration: 12 Months

Skills set:-
Purpose: Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of own company and third party products and systems including hardware, software, networking products and operating systems.
General:
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan Generally domestic scope/accountability
Duties:
Rotational after hours on call support
Test and Production deployment coordination System Monitoring/Troubleshooting
Required Skills:
3-5 Years Technical Application Support
3-5 Years RHEL 6/7/8 & OEL System Administration CronTab, Scripting Language (Csh, Bsh, Perl), OS Tuning, SFTP, SSL/TLS, Data Encryption, Access Control Apache/Tomcat Installation and Configuration Willingness to work on rotation providing after hour call support Must be currently eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings
Additional Desired Skills:
PCI – Payment Card Industry standards
RedHat Certification
Understanding of SDLC
