Job Description :
                                                                             Duties: 
	Manage a global, customer-journey survey
	Develop in-depth knowledge of Client''s customers, competition and market opportunities through research and analytics
	Design, execute, and deliver primary market research and manage market research vendor relationships
	Understand key business priorities, drivers and hypotheses, in order to deliver actionable insights and propose new areas for investigation
	Investigate customer trends and provide insights around these
	Provide insights for different customer groups across their lifecycles, addressing critical topics such as acquisition and migration
	Help tell the customer story in a consistent and digestible way, so that business partners have a clear understanding of customer behaviors, attitudes and needs
	Collaborate with team members to deliver a holistic view of customers –integrating behavioral and attitudinal data to understand the underlying causes of observed behaviors
	Be the customer, using Client Creative Cloud products and relating customer experience to the data and trends observed
Skills: 
	5+ years demonstrated experience in consumer insights or market research
	Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendations
	Consultative skills to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to develop research plans and insights
	Extensive experience with vendor and project management
	Experience understanding and partnering with analytics teams to deliver robust insights
	Knowledge of statistical and multi-variate analysis
	Strong communication and presentation skills:
	Skilled presentation creator to convey insights supported by data
	Possesses strong presentation skills and can communicate clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels within the organization
	Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; team player
	High tech industry experience preferred
Education: 
	Graduate degree in business, market research or social science, or equivalent experience preferred
