Role: Customer Delivery Executive III

Location: TAMPA Florida (US-FL)

Salary: $96K

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma industry as exemplified by a combination of two of the following: industry certification, work experience at a management level for an LS firm for more than 7 years, and providing SI services to a LS firm for more than 7 years Knowledgeable across the spectrum of IT service delivery, notably infrastructure, service desk, end user / device services, and field services as proven by leading device refresh, device / hardware procurement and IT operations in a global model for an employee base ?15,000 with a team of ?100 staff.

Skills:

Skilled in scope, financial, resource, 3rd party and contract management as proven by 10+ years running an IT organization or overseeing IT vendors with a 20m budget Skilled in VP level conversation, negotiation and relationship building (both formal and informal) and with clients and internal staff that support contractual obligations and financial expectations, as evidenced by proven growth in role at an organization or growth at an account (as measured by revenue and profitability) as an employee of a system integrator.

Abilities:

Ability to drive innovation and transformation into a client environment as proven by deploying automation or new technology within the last three years including virtualization, and Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure Ability to lead global, matrixed teams improve and measure improvement progress of work processes with a goal of higher profitability and business outcome based measures for client.

Other Characteristics of Success:

Ability to lead growth from the inside out of an account through well executed scope, change, and resource management through actual, self-initiated development of ideas, opportunity, proposals, and statements of work as evidenced by profitable account growth while working for a Top Tier IT consulting firm or as a senior manager of a Life Sciences / manufacturing organization. History of fostering a culture of high energy, consultative interaction with client staff and global employee teams as evidenced by facilitating recurring innovation sessions, knowledge of product development lifecycle for regular ideation, and support from client and internal staff for implementing creative methods for ideation, innovation, consulting projects and proofs of concept.

Preferences - Experience with delivery components for account (P&L) Profit and Loss. - Ability to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization - Ability to identify and effectively and efficiently resolve employee performance problems or issues
