Able to resolve customer queries and assist team members to get the task done on given time.
Responsible for doing various task given by lead/ manager.
To enter the details of interaction in the system for database and future reference.
Average handle time to be maintained as per client needs.
Maintain quality of voice process as per customer satisfaction.
To maintain the record of minimal call drop.
Profile Specialized Qualifications - Exposure to BPO/KPO voice process.
