Roles & Responsibilities
As a CRM Technical Analyst, you will have exposure to global implementations and business practices, impact IT and business strategy, and leverage multiple systems across the business.

Transforming business requirements into useable business systems and software and ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented with a focus in the CRM and quoting space

Using your broad familiarity of how sales, marketing, and customer service groups work in a global manufacturing organization to provide valuable perspective in process/system enhancements

Working with the various business units and region son the evaluation, design, development, testing, and implementation of new systems/packages and enhancements in the CRM space

Working with the team to evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommending appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems/packages

Advising the team on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture

Providing ongoing system/package support for solutions like Microsoft Dynamics CRM (primarily)and various add-ons like Scribe, CRM Outlook plugin, and others

Creating and deploying solutions built within Microsoft CRM Dynamics

Assisting with communications, project plans and presentations on system/package enhancements and/or alternatives

Working on special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Excellent product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience managing an on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment
5+ years relevant work experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies
Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent work experience) in IT or related field
Strong communication (written and verbal) and listening skills
Demonstrated customer focus
Ability to problem solve and offer solutions to business and technical challenges
Positive attitude with a bias toward action
Ability to learn quickly
Knowledge of IT project management principles including analysis, design, development, testing and production support.
Familiarity working with customized IT solutions
Ability to quickly gain organizational knowledge of business processes.
Experience with global systems and business processes is a plus

Proficiency in developing efficient client-side scripts using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes and a fair level of knowledge in developing ASP.NET applications and SSRS Packages
