The iMediaBay Creative Design Platform is an online solution that allows display and social advertisers to crowdsource the creation of their ads. We're an innovative technology and design start-up, based in San Francisco.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to be part of building creative solutions that scale our network, clients, and creative thinking. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a high-profileproduct, working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, addressing a red-hot market. We are seeking an intelligent, articulate, energetic and innovative individual with relevant experience to join our growing team as a Creative Success Manager. You would be managing a book of A-list Enterprise Advertisers, driving a creative uplift into their marketing results. You would be responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by working collaboratively to develop and advance key customer initiatives. The position is based in San Jose.


Responsibilities:

· Cultivate an advisory relationship with clients and manage following components of the client account:

· Creative briefs and understanding needs of client

· Sourcing creative to designer network

· Quality assurance of designs

· Providing creative direction

· Meeting Deadlines

· Identify and propose new opportunities based on fast changing updates on Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat) and Display Networks (GDN, Chartboost, etc

· Teach client to be self-sufficient within the service to influence technology adoption.

· Keep all client needs, questions, contact information and actions up-to-date using Salesforce.

· Serve as the internal customer target helping to define and influence the direction of products and services.

· Sell new and current clients on new ad formats. (Clarification: This is not a sales position)

· Identify new revenue opportunities, grow client business and maximize client retention, reduce client churn.


Requirements:

· Background in display marketing or design is mandatory.

· 2+ years of experience in online marketing (social, mobile, display, etc is good to have.

· Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communication, Marketing or a related field of concentration is good to have.

· Extremely well organized, analytical and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests for information simultaneously.

· Thrive in building strong professional relationships with counterparts from a wide range of departments from marketing to engineering and target the interests of our customers within these groups.

· Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

· Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Suite applications in particular Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Outstanding team player.

· Familiarity with Salesforce, Stock Imagery, orClient-Facing a plus.
